DoorStep Logistics had a solid reputation, but it was time to evolve. We needed a brand that resonated with our everyday heroes, the busy bees and business owners who relied on us. So, we embarked on a mission to redefine logistics, not just with efficiency but with an experience that felt personal and friendly.

Building the House: Brand Identity & Values

First things first, we had to understand who we were. We identified our target audience — the “Every Man” and companies seeking reliable solutions — and crafted a brand archetype that mirrored their values: relatable, simple, and focused on everyday needs. Reliability, consistency, community, and a personalized touch became the cornerstones of our brand identity and our vision. To make every delivery an effortless adventure.

Opening the Door to a New Era: The Campaign

With a brand identity in hand, it was time to unveil it to the world. Our campaign, aptly named “Knock knock [Doorstep Logistics]: Your New Adventure Begins Here,” aimed to capture attention and spark curiosity. We started with cryptic teasers on social media, leaving everyone wondering what was behind the door.

Then, the big reveal! We unveiled our new logo, colors, and typography — a fresh look that embodied our transformation. But it wasn’t just about aesthetics.
